This notice serves as a reminder of the requirement for all homeowners & tenants at Parkview Lane Townhomes to properly maintain their backyards in accordance with community standards.

Regular maintenance is essential to preserving the appearance, safety, and overall value of the community.

Homeowners and tenants are expected to ensure that:

• Grass, shrubs, and landscaping are trimmed and kept in neat condition in backyards.
• Weeds, debris, and overgrowth are removed promptly.

Failure to maintain backyards in accordance with these standards may result in enforcement action in line with the Association’s governing documents.

We appreciate your attention to this matter and your continued efforts in helping to maintain the integrity and appearance of the Parkview Lane Townhomes community.
